Graduate of cultural sciences at the University of Łódź, and of Local Government and Development Studies at the University of Warsaw. His cultural management career path included positions at the Municipal Authority for the Capital City of Warsaw, Warsaw-Centrum Municipal Authority, and Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Responsible for regional-level cultural activity funding programmes organised by local government institutions of culture and non-governmental organisations. Oversaw the process of drafting strategic documents for the Ministry of Culture, and co-ordination of works associated with the design and implementation of programmes introduced by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. Manages the Polish Institute of Linguistic Diversity Grant Programme.
