The Institute of Linguistic Diversity of the Republic of Poland commits to ensuring the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Act of April 4, 2019, on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector entities.     The website is partially compliant with the Act on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector entities due to non-compliance or exclusions listed below.
  1. INACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS AND CONTENT
    1. Some images and graphics have alternative text descriptions that do not accurately describe what these elements present (failure to meet criterion 1.1.1 Non-text content).
    2. Some text (e.g., footer descriptions) does not meet contrast requirements (failure to meet criterion 1.4.3 Contrast (minimum)).
    3. Skipping content blocks is only possible by navigating through headers using a screen reader. There are no other ways to skip content blocks (failure to meet criterion 2.4.1 Bypass blocks).
    4. Some content on the website is presented in English. These contents lack appropriate language declarations, which may hinder understanding by users of screen readers (failure to meet criterion 3.1.2 Language of parts).
    5. There are syntax errors in the website’s HTML code (failure to meet criterion 4.1.1 Code quality). However, these errors do not affect the use of the website with assistive technologies.
